New Year – New Start!

Happy New Year!  Actually, belated Happy New Year!

I love the new year for a couple of reasons…

The first reason…on New Year’s Day I take the day off and do nothing!  I literally stayed in my pj’s all day and watched college football bowl games…and there were some great games.

The second reason I love the new year is because I finally get to close out my prior year score card.  Close out the goals set and see how those goals stacked up.

Over the past few blogs I have spoken about setting goals for the next year and how to attach your KPI’s to them.

Its great to finally be able to sit back and see how last year turned out…whether good or bad.

If it was a good year, then you build on that and if it was not a good year you take the lessons learned and move forward to the new year.

Have you set your business and personal goals for the year?  If not, take a day this week to do so…then monitor those goals weekly and push yourself, and your team, to achieve them!

Our team has taken our 2018 goals and stretched them to achieve a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) and the team is ready to achieve, and surpass them!
